Driving Directions to Green Acres
The Green Acres Center, where the ceilis and many
classes are held, is in the City of Fairfax
at 4401 Sideburn Road, Fairfax, VA 22030. The building is at the
dead end of a residential street.
Directions from Maryland: Take
beltway to route 66, west toward Front Royal. Take
second exit, exit 60, onto route 123 going towards (south) Fairfax City and George Mason University.
Drive past the Fairfax Court House and Judicial Center on the right.
Take the next left onto Armstrong Street, cross over University Drive and
continue to Sideburn Road. Make a right turn and continue until the end
of street..
Directions from Virginia: Routes 29, 50,
123, and 236 all meet in Fairfax City.
From Arlington: You can take route 66. You can
also take routes 29 or 50. After passing through Fairfax Circle,
take the second left onto University Drive (see Sunoco Station on the left).
Go past the fire house, and make a left
onto Armstrong. Take next right onto Sideburn Road and continue
until the end.
From southern Fairfax County: Take 123 north,
past George Mason University and turn right onto University Drive.
Continue along University, and after rounding the curve, turn at the next
right at Forest Avenue. Drive to Sideburn Road and
turn right. Proceed to end of road.
Caution: The City of Fairfax enforces speed
limits, especially in residential areas. Drive carefully.
